Western Springs Lacrosse Home Page

Western Springs Lacrosse is entering its 13^th year providing boys and girls the opportunity to play lacrosse. Lacrosse continues to be a growing sport and the recreation department continues to provide children that are interested in lacrosse a place to call home for both inexperienced and experienced players. We offer a travel and non-travel (house) program to children in 1st thru 8th grade. Last year, over 300 boys and girls played in our various programs and leagues. The focus of this program is to teach sound lacrosse fundamentals and practice good sportsmanship in an environment where everybody plays. Spring is our primary season, with summer, fall and indoor winter lacrosse also available.

Registration is open to all including Western Springs, Hinsdale, Lagrange, Lagrange Park, Countryside, Riverside, Brookfield, North Riverside, Clarendon Hills, Burr Ridge, Darien, Oak Brook, Indian Head Park, Willowbrook, Downers Grove, Oak Park, Westchester and surrounding areas.

EQUIPMENT

Lacrosse Equipment required for boys: Lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, lacrosse or helmet with face guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, soccer or football cleats and cup. For more information click here.
